Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation, however during busy periods such as sale or other promotions this may take longer. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 - 48 hours . All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

La Senza's trained staff will carefully wrap all your purchases in delicate tissue paper, adding our renowned scented beads for an extra treat, completely free of charge. They will then be placed inside our customised gift box.
The gift box is placed inside a plain cardboard box with no La Senza branding before despatch to ensure we don’t spoil the surprise!

If you wish your items to be wrapped separately you will need to place separate orders. Unfortunately, additional gift boxes cannot be shipped separately.
